Description: Registered Cultivar. Bred and named by Sittichoke Huckuntod who produced the F1 hybrid by crossing Clivia ‘Melissa’ with a Clivia Solomone yellow. Flowers are 61mm long x 30mm wide at mouth. 12 blooms approx per umbel. The flower colour is versicolour, the outer tepal colour is Cream YG1 and matures to a darker blush ranging from Light Apricot D7 to Papaya D4 (Cape Colour Chart 2003). Inner tepal colour is Deep Yellow YG4 with a blush of Apricot D6. Tepals are tipped green. Sepals are acutely tipped and the petals are retuse. The fruit colour is red. Plant height at first bloom 71cm, with a peduncle height of 60cm. The name was chosen to reflect the very long peduncle held above the foliage, like a scepter. Leaf width is 48mm and leaf length is 38cm. This is a sibling to Clivia ‘Ty Charles’ and forms part of the Spectrum Group of hybrids being developed by Sittichoke for the variable range of colours in the flowers. Light conditions at time of flowering can influence the depth of colour.
