Description: Registered Cultivar: This is a large flowered Clivia miniata.The umbel produces up to 20 flowers. The broad outer tepal color is Nasturtium Orange 610/1. Towards the center the color changes to white and Chinese yellow 606. Horticultural Color Chart Book 2, Wilson 1941. The large flowers are up to 9 cm across and cluster together to form a perfect hemisphere. The leaves are medium wide and stack one above the other. This vigorous plant was named to best describe the full head of soft orange flowers. The seed came from the late Wally Lane of Watsonville CA. Further breeding with yellows will be done to create a similar large flowered yellow plant.
