Description: The cross of Clivia miniata cv. ‘Shengli’ and C. miniata cv. ‘Jishi’ was carried out to breed red seedlings. One of the red individuals was selected and named ‘Red Lightning’ for its special red flower. And it is also beautiful for its reticulated (veined) leaf. The cultivar was exhibited at Shenyang Clivia Show in 2020.
