Description

Registered Cultivar. Named in honour of the late grandmother of the registrant Craig Gibbons. A plant purchased at a nursery in Piet Retief possibly a Belgium Hybrid. It is a low growing broad leaf form with flowers that are semi-tulip shaped Bronze OR5 with a white-green throat that persists until flower drop. (CapeColour Chart 2003). The flowers are 5cm dia and 6 cm long. There is a white mucro on the sepals. Leaves display raised venation and a slight tesselate pattern.
