Description
Majestic Gold is a large yellow Clivia minata that bears a strong resemblance to its pollen parent, Majestic. It has a full half-hemispheric umbel with flowers that are slightly smaller than its pollen parent. Majestic is a large orange Clivia, that carries a recessive yellow gene. Half of its offspring are yellow, and half are orange. My goal in crossing Majestic with various yellow Clivia was to create a yellow flower similar to Majestic, and Majestic Gold has fulfilled that goal.
