Description

Registered Cultivar: This wild collected yellow form of Clivia caulescens is named by Andrew Hankey for Mr Tommie Steyn, a nature conservation official who received confiscated plants, destined for the medicinal trade, in the course of his duties. Mr Steyn grew the plants on and this one flowered yellow. Mr Steyn donated the plant to the Walter Sisulu National Botanic Gardens. The locality of this wild collected plant is unknown.
